There are some precautions that we strongly advise you to read about.

While allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, The Lake Tyrrell Co. Pty Ltd, cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments, if any. Always do a patch test of any new product before using. If any redness occurs do not continue use.

Any products being sold under The Lake Tyrrell Co. Pty Ltd is not meant to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases or ailments. Use caution and common sense with any products from our company.

Do not apply any of our products to broken skin. If any allergic reaction, rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Do not ingest products as they are for external use only. Please note any and all of our ingredients that we use in our products are for bathing/body purposes and are not safe to be consumed in any way.

Do not put products near eyes, nose or any other sensitive area.

Use caution in bathtubs/showers, as products may leave them slippery.

Our products are not recommended for use on very young children or babies.

Due to the delicate nature of children’s skin, our products should only be used on children who are not skin sensitive and do not have any skin allergies/skin sensitivities to fragrance, salts, plants or any other ingredients in our products.

Even though we test our products extensively in house, the safety of our products has not been officially tested. If you have concerns about any of our ingredients contained in our products, please email us with any potential concerns or questions before ordering, purchasing or using. All our products are handmade locally in Australia; therefore, no two products will be the same. Please allow for slight variations in color and appearance. Product photos shown on website may vary slightly from products ordered/delivered, i.e. colors, decorations, etc. We recommend that you use our products while fresh and fragrant. Bath Salts and Body Scrubs are best when used within 6 months of purchase.
